Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001)

Course Description

Organizations, which implement and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, desire to implement the two other management systems, i.e. ISO 27001 Information Security and ISO 20000 IT Service Management System due to their altered perspective and new necessities.
Efficiency of the organization’s existing ISO 9001 CGS will allow easy integration of the two other management systems into their organization and therefore, coordinated cooperation of relevant managers/owners so as to possess a more efficient Integrated Management System (IMS). Organizations having IMS will be able to save time and personnel costs, and achieve a unified perspective.

Necessary Background

Since this training targets participants who seek to integrate either one or both of ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 Management Systems into the ISO 9001 CGS in place at their organizations, participants should preferably have already taken ISO 9001:2000 CGS Awareness/Implementation Seminar.
